HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Fabrimech Engineers began its journey under the visionary leadership of Mr. K.V. Thomas as a proprietorship company. Built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and engineering excellence, the company started serving industrial customers with fabrication and manufacturing solutions.

PRESSURE VESSELS

Fabrimech achieved a significant milestone by becoming an approved vendor for Pressure Vessels to NPCIL and Atomic Power Stations. This recognition highlighted the company's capability to meet stringent safety, quality, and engineering standards required for critical applications.

FABRICATED PARTS

The company expanded its expertise and earned approval as a supplier of fabricated components to Indian Railways. This achievement strengthened Fabrimech's reputation as a reliable manufacturing partner for large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects.

ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION

Fabrimech received ISO 9001:2000 certification, demonstrating its commitment to international quality management standards. This milestone established structured processes focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

The organization was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the leadership of Mr. Thomas K. Varghese and Mr. Stephen K. Thomas. This transformation paved the way for future growth, modernization, and expanded business opportunities.

STAINLESS STEEL RESERVOIRS

Fabrimech became an approved vendor for Stainless Steel Reservoirs to Indian Railways. This achievement showcased the company's expertise in precision manufacturing and high-quality stainless-steel fabrication.

ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

The company successfully upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 certification, aligning its operations with modern quality management practices and emphasizing risk-based thinking, innovation, and customer-focused processes.

EN 15085-2 CERTIFICATION

Fabrimech achieved EN 15085-2 certification, a prestigious recognition for railway vehicle welding and fabrication. This certification enhanced the company's capabilities in serving railway and transportation sectors with internationally accepted standards.

UNIT 2 EXPANSION

To support growing customer demand, Fabrimech established a new manufacturing facility with over 20,000 square feet of production space. The expansion included advanced machinery and improved infrastructure to increase productivity and manufacturing capacity.

12KW LASER CUTTING MACHINE

Fabrimech invested in a state-of-the-art 12kW Laser Cutting Machine, becoming one of the first companies in South India to introduce this advanced technology. The addition significantly improved precision, efficiency, and production capabilities.

ISO 3834 & EN 15085

The company further strengthened its welding and fabrication expertise by obtaining ISO 3834 certification alongside EN 15085 approval through DVS-Zert. These certifications reaffirm Fabrimech's commitment to delivering world-class engineering solutions and maintaining the highest quality standards.
